I've had the privilege of photographing this sweet family for a few years now, and I'll tell you what, they are one of my favorites! It's been an honor to watch them grow from a family of 3 to a family of 4. I even got to do their son's first birthday cake smash and her gorgeous maternity session while she was pregnant with their daughter! It's pretty great having amazing clients, and even greater when they ask you back! It means so much to me as a photographer and speaks volumes of why they come back because of their experience. I'm so thankful!! So when they asked for family pictures before their daughter got any older (time flies when that second one comes along!) we booked it right away. It was the middle of a very hot and humid summer, so scheduling it during the morning when the sun was rising was our best bet to beat the 100 degree heat! And the light!! I couldn't get over the dreamy light! The kids did wonderful, even with an early wake up time, and it was definitely a few degrees cooler! I will be doing a lot more summer sunrise family sessions in the future!
Michael and Caitlin, you guys are truly amazing and a blessing to me! Thank you for trusting me, again and again, to capture your growing family! I can't wait for the next time ;)
