Hi, I'm Harmony! I'm so glad you stopped by!
A Few things about me:
I started shooting portraits for friends and family just after college. In late 2018, a dear friend asked me to take her maternity photos. From there, my side hobby quickly grew and officially became a photography business. I leaned into my true passion of people centered photography; capturing priceless moments to treasure forever. It brings me so much joy! I am now a print and product based photographer because I know the joy of having tangible prints in your home and enjoying your memories instead of them getting lost and forgotten on the computer. I absolutely LOVE what I do and I am honored I get to be a part of so many stories. Sometimes I can't believe this is real life!!
I am (very!) happily married to my husband, Michael, and we celebrated 18 years of marriage bliss this May! He is one of my favorite people in the world, and one of my biggest supporters. He leads our family well, is a rock during crazy times, and goes along with my crazy ideas. He teaches our boys through example, and he is their greatest hero!
We have FOUR of the sweetest, crazy, soccer and lego loving boys! They are 16, 13, 11, and 8 and they keep me on my toes. We've been homeschooling for the past 9 years, and we love the freedom it gives us. This fall we decided to switch things up a bit. While the two younger boys are still homeschooling, the older boys started attending public school and love it! It's a lot of work with differing schedules, but it's just the change we needed.
We live in Batesville, Arkansas, where we have lived for 13 years, and it feels more and more like home the longer we're here. The people here are like none you've ever met, and our little town is like one out of a Hallmark movie, especially around Christmas time. If you've never visited, you need to put it on your list! It's one of the best communities we've ever been a part of.
Arkansas is called the "Natural State", and for good reason! It is one of the most beautiful places to live. We LOVE taking advantage of all there is to do outdoors. Hiking, camping, and kayaking have quickly become some of our favorite things to do on a free afternoon or weekend. We also love to travel as a family, National and State Parks being our top spots! There is so much beauty in this world, and experiencing it with my family are some of my favorite memories.
